2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and courier service.

United Kingdom: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Europe: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

International orders: 8 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, incorrect shipping details, local holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the product page, cart or checkout page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after dispatch. Some couriers may take 24 to 72 hours to show tracking updates.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If your order is delayed, returned, lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, wrong postcode or incomplete shipping details, Alden Hills may not be responsible for replacement shipping costs or refunds.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Alden Hills is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

8. Delivery Time Under UK Consumer Rules

Unless otherwise agreed, orders should be delivered within 30 days. If there is a significant delay, please contact us so we can assist you with a resolution.
